• Condominium Corporation 052 0580 (o/a The Tradition at Southbrook) v Carrington Holdings Ltd, 2022 ABKB 623 – Counsel to third-party defendants in a multi-million dollar construction lawsuit that was successfully dismissed for delay.
• Anderson v Harari, 2019 ABQB 745 – Counsel to the defendant physicians involving allegations of a delay in diagnosis. Successfully limited the scope of the plaintiff’s experts and the action was dismissed following trial.
• Muir v Macdonald, 2017 ABQB 440 – Counsel to the defendant physician in a multi-million dollar medical malpractice action that was dismissed at trial.
• Forabosco v Swanepoel, 2015 ABQB 755 – Counsel to the defendant physicians in a complicated medical malpractice case that was successfully defended through trial and dismissed.
• Chorney v Thompson, 2014 ABQB 410 – Counsel to the defendant physicians in a medical malpractice action that was successfully dismissed for long delay.
• Chisholm v Lindsay, 2012 ABQB 81 – Counsel to the defendant in a million dollar personal injury lawsuit. At trial, the plaintiff’s damages were significantly reduced.
