Marie-Pier Myre

Marie-Pier Myre is a senior paralegal in the Business Law Department of Gowling WLG’s Montréal office.

She supports lawyers and colleagues in preparing various documents for corporate and commercial transactions. Her experience spans a wide range of areas, including incorporation and corporate structuring, amendment of articles of association, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and tax and commercial reorganizations, as well as securities-related transactions. Marie-Pier also reviews minute books, conducts corporate searches in public registries and drafts reports summarizing her findings.
