Mathilde Borsenberger

Mathilde Borsenberger is Senior Director, Firm Legal Talent and Strategic Initiatives at Gowling WLG (Canada).

In this role, Mathilde oversees all national Legal Talent teams across the Firm. She is also responsible for strategic initiatives focused on performance optimization, professional development, and mentorship for all associates. She provides advisory support on team alignment, organizational diagnostics, and executive coaching.

Before joining Gowling WLG, Mathilde spent over ten years as a Director, Client Account Management and Organizational Psychologist at a national business psychology firm.

She also previously practiced as a lawyer in the field of labour and employent law as well in mediation.
