Michael Sinhart advises on M&A and corporate law with a focus on international and German transaction, involving infrastructure or long-term investment prospective. Michael's practice covers buy-side and sell-side advise, as well as pre-transaction structuring and post-transaction integration.
Michael has long-term experience in international joint venture projects, both from a drafting perspective and in work-out scenarios. Michael's practice therefore covers all aspects of shareholders' disputes and restructurings both out of court and in court.
Michael began his career as a lawyer in 2001 as Holme Robers & Owen and Richter + Partner in Munich. In 2006, he became part of Hogan Lovells' M&A and Private Equity team in Frankfurt, where he became partner in 2009. In 2017, he joined Taylor Wessing in the Corporate M&A group until he joined Gowling WLG in May 2023.
