Bio
Nicolas Deuerling is a partner in the real estate practice group in Frankfurt. He specialises in advising domestic and international investors as well as financial institutions (including open- and closed-ended funds) in relation to complex real estate transactions by way of asset or share deal or within the framework of a joint venture transaction. He has particular expertise in cross-border portfolio transactions and property financing as well as in project development. In addition to his knowledge on real estate and property law, Nicolas has a specific background in corporate law and regulatory law. He also advises in distressed real estate transactions and assists Asian clients with in-bound investments in Germany.
