Nicole Collins is a law clerk in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office. She specializes in estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation.
Nicole assists in preparing wills and powers of attorney, drafting the necessary documentation for obtaining Certificates of Appointment (with or without a will), as well as drafting related court documents for estate litigation. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (S.T.E.P.).
Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Nicole worked as a law clerk for solicitor Paul A. Dancause, specializing in estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. Nicole continues to work on files and wills with Douglas D. Buchmayer.
