Pierre Lissoir

Pierre Lissoir is a partner in Gowling WLG's Montréal office, practising in the field of business law and acting in a wide range of commercial transactions focusing primarily on public and private corporate matters, project financing, energy, mining, takeovers and mergers and acquisitions.

His practice in securities law has provided him with the opportunity to actively participate in various corporate and governmental offerings. He has acted as counsel to issuers and underwriters in various public (including initial public offerings) and private placements of publicly listed issuers. He has also been active with various special committees in the context of takeover bids and related parties transactions. He also acts as counsel to various public issuers in the normal course of their activities.

His practice also focuses on dealing with and securing approval from the Competition Bureau, Investment Canada and other regulatory agencies.
