Tristan Kunicki

Tristan Kunicki is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Montréal office and a member of the firm’s Labour, Employment & Equalities Group.

Covering all aspects of labour and employment law in both individual and collective labour relations, Tristan advises employers on a variety of matters, including labour standards, collective agreement obligations and disciplinary actions. He also practises disciplinary law, where he represents professionals in the context of investigations or complaints before the Discipline Committee.

Tristan holds a bachelor’s degree in civil law from the Université du Québec à Montréal. He also obtained a certificate in social and labour law and began studies in international relations and international law before transferring into the civil law program.

An active participant in extracurricular activities during his studies, Tristan was involved with Pro Bono Students Canada, as well as with the UQÀM Legal Clinic (CJUQÀM).
