Gowling WLG advises Chinese private equity funds on Series A financing in Rostrum Medical Innovations Inc.
On August 2, 2016, Shanghai Yongju Private Equity Limited Partnership and Shanghai Yikang Private Equity Limited Partnership completed a Series A financing in Rostrum Medical Innovations Inc., a medical device company developing and commercializing respiratory enthalpy measurement devices.
