Sasuchan Development Corporation announces majority share acquisition of SBS Forestry
On Dec. 7, 2018, Sasuchan Development Corporation, the economic arm of the Takla Nation, entered a share purchase agreement for 53.5% of SBS Forestry Inc.
Takla Lake Nation is a First Nation located 400 kilometres north of Prince George, British Columbia. SBS Forestry Inc. is a forestry consulting company based in Prince George.
