Our Capital Markets team has advised on two fundraisings which both completed last week, one for an AIM listed company and the other for an AQSE;-listed company, with both fundraisings involving Dowgate Capital Limited.

The team acted for Dowgate Capital Limited (broker) and SPARK Advisor Partners Limited (nominated adviser) on a placing of convertible loan notes, alongside subscriptions for shares, of AIM-listed, Belluscura plc, to raise £1.92 million.

Additionally, the team acted for Dowgate Capital Limited (AQSE corporate adviser & broker) on a placing of convertible loan notes (including a 'broker option') for AQSE-listed, OTAQ plc, to raise £1.79 million.

Belluscura is a medical device company that manufactures cutting-edge portable oxygen concentrator devices to help patients explore healthier, more active lifestyles, while OTAQ is a technology group that develops underwater products for aquaculture, offshore energy, renewables and oceanographic research.
