On February 5, 2025, Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited ("Cooper") announced the acquisition of Rent All Centre and SkyHigh Platforms, expanding its service footprint in Eastern Ontario. The acquisition enhances Cooper's presence in the region, increasing equipment availability and strengthening its ability to serve contractors and businesses across key markets.

Established in 1972, Cooper is a leading Canadian-owned and operated full-service construction equipment rental company with more than 75 branches in six provinces. Rent All Centre and SkyHigh Platforms have been trusted equipment rental providers since 1973, offering general rental and aerial equipment solutions, with locations in Cobourg, Port Hope, Peterborough, Belleville, Trenton, and Whitby.
