Dominik Cesljar

Dominik Cesljar is an associate in the Corporate and Capital Markets team of Gowling WLG's Frankfurt office focusing on stock corporations and capital market law. He advises companies as well as investors on a variety of national and cross-border transactions as well as in terms of corporate and capital markets law.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG in 2024, Dominik gained experience in cross-border corporate matters during his legal clerkship at an internationally renowned law firm in Frankfurt.
