Elizabeth Martin

Elizabeth Martin is a London-based principal associate who advises on real estate law.

She has experience of a range of commercial real estate investment and development work including sales, acquisitions, options and lettings. She acts principally in the industrial, logistics, office and retail sectors. One of her most recent successes includes acting on a complex site assembly and forwarding funding of a development for a vehicle repair and servicing plant in the Midlands.

Elizabeth gives practical and commercial advice and is able to work flexibly to achieve completion of projects in what can be a time sensitive market.

Elizabeth holds a degree in English Law with American Law, having spent a year studying at the University of Texas in Austin.
