Emma Hipkiss

Emma Hipkiss is an Associate in our Real Estate group.

She has wide-ranging real estate experience, advising and acting for registered providers of social housing (both not-for-profit and for-profit) and institutional investors within the social and affordable housing sector. Emma guides and advises her clients on land acquisition for development on an unconditional or conditional basis, section 106 unit acquisitions on a golden brick and turn-key basis and bulk acquisition of investment property portfolios. She is always looking for ways to streamline delivery of services to maximise efficiency.

Emma's clients include Legal & General Affordable Homes, Sanctuary Group, Bournville Village Trust, Barnardo's, Fox Hound Capital and RCM Neo.
