Emmanuelle Champagne

Emmanuelle Champagne is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office. Her practice focuses on a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including language rights and sports-related disputes.
Emmanuelle has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Federal Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Small Claims Court.
Emmanuelle graduated from the University of Ottawa’s French Common Law Program. During her studies, Emmanuelle worked as a legal intern at a sports dispute resolution service during the Tokyo Olympics. She was also a teaching assistant, a research assistant and was recognized as the best oral advocate, best team and best factum in the Michel Bastarache Moot Court Competition on language rights.
Emmanuelle is fluently bilingual and serves clients in both English and French.
