Bio
Erin Harper is a law clerk in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, working in the real estate department. She specializes in new home builder sales, resale real estate transactions and real estate purchase transactions.
Additionally, Erin has experience with drafting and registering construction liens, certificates and condominium liens. Her experience also includes drafting and co-ordinating all the documentation required to complete land titles applications.
She has extensive knowledge of the Conveyancer and Teraview software programs, which enables her to complete high-volume builder sales.
Erin is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
