Acting on behalf of registered providers of social housing in relation to:

• New build plot sales (including open market plot sales, shared ownership and retirement schemes);
• Right to Buy/Right to Acquire sales, allowing certain tenants of social housing to purchase their homes at a discounted price;
• Interim and final staircasing sales, allowing leaseholders to purchase additional shares in their property;
• Lease extensions, where a current leaseholder can extend the length of their lease;
• Licences to Assign, where the landlord grants formal consent to a leaseholder to assign their lease to a new tenant;
• Deeds of Variation of existing leases;
• Surrenders of existing leases and regrants to a new tenant; and
• Auction sales, including preparing the auction pack, entering a property into auction and completing any sale.
