Georgia is a Principal Associate in the Commercial Litigation team, advising corporates, private individuals, investors, shareholders and insolvency practitioners on a broad range of complex commercial disputes.
Georgia has particular experience in disputes arising from supply chain disruption, post M&A transactions, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, fraud and insolvency litigation. Her practice also includes a range of sectors, including automotive, aviation, and advanced manufacturing.
Georgia is experienced in handling high-value and business-critical disputes before the High Court, Court of Appeal and in international arbitration and she focuses on providing clear, commercial and pragmatic advice, helping clients manage risk and resolve disputes efficiently while minimising disruption to their business.
Georgia also supports a number of the firm's pro bono initiatives, including working with the Death Penalty Project in assisting individuals obtain free legal advice in respect of potentially unsafe convictions.
