Hannah Daeche

Hannah Daeche is a Principal Associate in our construction and engineering team.

She acts for a wide range of clients, including funders, investors, developers, contractors and procuring authorities. She has experience acting in the residential, commercial office, retail and leisure, student accommodation and infrastructure sectors. She specialises in preparing and negotiating construction and engineering documents, including development agreements, building contracts, consultant appointments, performance security and associated documentation. She regularly advises clients on procurement methods to ensure client requirements are met.
