• Advised EQT Expansion Capital II on disposal of Roeser Medical Group to Sana Kliniken AG.
• Advised Columbia Capital, LLC on investment in Resilience360 GmbH by way of joint venture with Deutsche Post DHL Group.
• Advised Air Liquide on the sale of Schülke & Mayr Group, one of the leading manufacturers in the field of infection prevention and hygiene, to EQT.
• Advised Boyd Corporation, a world-leading innovator of technologies in engineered materials and thermal management, on acquisition of Siltec.
• Advised FUNKE Digital on the acquisition of majority stake in digital agency baseplus.
• Advised listed company Media and Games Invest SE ("MGI") on its successful relocation of its registered office and headquarters from Malta to Sweden.
• Advised Magna on the acquisition of Veoneer's Active Safety Business with a transaction volume of ca. EUR 1.525 billion.
