Laura Sims is a conveyancer in our Real Estate Group and a member of our Affordable Housing Conveyancing Team, which handles a wide range of volume conveyancing transactions for registered providers of social housing and developer/operators in the retirement living space.
She specialises in high speed, high turnover plot sales for registered providers of social housing including dealing with open market plot sales, shared ownership sales, retirement schemes and extra care schemes.
Laura's clients include Sanctuary Group and Latimer Homes.
