Lauren O'Brien

Lauren's practice incorporates a wide range of Landlord and Tenant issues including serving and reviewing notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, both hostile and uncontested, drafting and serving break notices and assisting in dilapidations claims and settlements. She also assists on a range of insolvency issues including liquidations and administration.

Lauren is also assisting in a number of major projects which involve managing clients’ property portfolios and reporting to the client on a regular basis. Lauren's clients include property developers, retailers and investment funds.
