Madison MacColl is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. Her practice focuses on advertising, marketing and entertainment law.
Madison has experience in a range of areas involving international copyright protection, music rights licensing, contest design, product packaging, consumer protection laws, and new and emerging issues involving non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Madison is the co-editor of the Entertainment and Sports Law newsletter and an active member of the Canadian Marketing Association's Internet Gaming Committee.
Prior to attending law school, Madison completed a BSc in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Trent University. In her final year of undergrad, Madison hosted a local weekly radio show for the Trent University radio station.
