• Advised Green Mountain, a Norwegian data centre operator owned by Azrieli Group Ltd., on the formation of a joint venture with energy company KMW to develop a new 54 MW data centre in Mainz.
• Advised the founder and other shareholders (including investor Kennet Partners) of Sario GmbH, owner of Textbroker, the world's leading content platform, on the sale of the group to Marondo Capital, as well as the founder and management team on their (re-)investment.
• Advised the shareholders of Gambio GmbH, a leading provider of e-commerce software solutions in the DACH region, on the sale of the company to ECOMMERCE ONE, a portfolio company of private equity investor Oakley Capital.
• Advised Sparta Capital Management Ltd. as investor in the Series A financing round of Sunvigo GmbH.
• Advised the shareholders of Raiser Robotics International GmbH on the formation of Stow Robotics GmbH, a joint venture with the Stow Group, a portfolio company of private equity investor The Blackstone Group.
• Advised the fund German Equity Partners V (GEP V), managed by independent German private equity firm ECM Equity Capital Management GmbH (ECM), on its partnership investment in YellowFox GmbH, a provider of telematics software.
• Advised DZ BANK on the financing of the investment by ECM-managed funds in PikeTec.
• Advised DZ BANK and Hermes Investment on the financing of the investment by ECM-managed funds in environmental technology service provider SIS.
• Advised a banking consortium on the financing of the partnership between ECM-managed funds and the Intermate Group.
• Advised Much-Net GmbH, a group company of Coupa Software, on the licensing of its portfolio and risk management software PMS to COPS GmbH, Vienna, for further development, and the transfer of customer support to COPS.
• Advised Coupa Software Inc., a leading provider of business spend management solutions, on the acquisition of the Much-Net Group, a leading provider of financial software and IT services, from its founder Nikolai Bukureschtliew.
• Advised Coupa Software Inc. on the acquisition of the BELLIN Group, a market leader in cloud-based treasury management software platforms, from its founder Martin Bellin and private equity investor LEA Partners.
• Advised the shareholder of Carl Cloos Schweißtechnik Group on the sale of the group to Estun Automation Co. Ltd and China Renaissance Capital Investment (CRCI).
• Advised Pernod Ricard on the acquisition of a minority stake in the e-commerce platform Jumia.
• Advised the shareholders of the book printing group CPI on the sale of the group to Circle Media Group.
