
Bio
Morris Odeh is an articling student in Gowling WLG's Toronto office.
He completed his LLM at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University, in 2022, graduating with distinction. At Dalhousie, he was awarded the prestigious Governor General’s Gold Medal for outstanding academic performance, an honour given to only two graduate students each year. He also earned a Bachelor of Laws from Benue State University in Nigeria.
During his graduate program, Morris served as vice president of the Dalhousie Law Graduate Students (DLGS), where he contributed to organizing the second edition of the Annual Research Transition Conference and assisted fellow students with their academic and social activities.
Before his law studies at Schulich, Morris worked at a top-tier full service law firm in Nigeria for several years, handling complex dispute resolution transactions for multinational and local companies.
