
Bio
Mustafa Said spent last summer at Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office and has returned as an articling student.
Prior to law school, Mustafa studied Political Science at the University of Calgary. He obtained his JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.
While in law school, Mustafa collaborated with the Wellness Office to create a mental health toolkit for current and future law students. He also served as Vice-President of the Allard Law Meditation Club and as the 1L Academic Representative for his small group.
Mustafa honed his legal writing and research skills through the Judicial Externship, where he worked with provincial judges across British Columbia. He also spent a semester abroad at King’s College London.
Mustafa was awarded the Allan McEachern Prize for his high standing in criminal law and the Spirit of the Burns Moot for his collaborative and enthusiastic participation.
