With more than 25 years of experience, he focuses his practice on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, and capital markets matters, guiding clients from initial strategy through closing and beyond.

He previously served as chair of the Canadian Club of Montréal and as a board member of the Montréal Museum of Contemporary Art Foundation.
