Sandy Gill is a Calgary based business lawyer and serves as assistant general counsel to the firm.
Sandy has previously held roles at multinational public corporations where she was responsible for strategic planning and direction, asset acquisitions and dispositions, strategic partnerships, debt and equity offerings, corporate governance and other corporate wide marketing and investor relations activities. She previously practised in Vancouver and Toronto.
In addition to her background in private practise and as an in house counsel, Sandy is a longstanding advocate for the advancement of women in the legal community. She has volunteered her time in support of diversity and inclusion initiatives including the WILL Awards, the Association of Women Lawyers, the Canadian Women’s Foundation, AskHerYYC and the In-House Counsel Network.
Sandy is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Calgary Public Library and serves on the Board of the Calgary Public Library Foundation.
