Shannon Gallant

Shannon Gallant is an associate in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practising in the Business Law Group. Her practice focuses primarily on general corporate matters and private M&A.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Shannon studied common and civil law at McGill University and conducted research on matters related to international trade, international taxation, and legal ethics and professionalism.

Shannon also holds a BCom, with a major in International Business. Prior to entering law school, Shannon worked in procurement in the aerospace industry, where she supported new aircraft development programs.
