PROFILE

Our Calgary office has an immediate opening for a talented, client-focused associate with 3 to 6 years of post-call experience in banking and financial services. 

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have acted for both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of transactions in the financing space, with an emphasis on syndicated transactions. 

We are looking for a lawyer who values being part of a supportive and collegial team and can handle a complex workload.  You must work well with a team, while at the same time also be able to complete tasks independently.
