Gowling WLG advises Metalla on acquisition of royalty and streaming portfolio from Coeur Mining

Gowling WLG advised Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd., a precious metals royalty and streaming company, on its acquisition of a royalty and streaming portfolio from Coeur Mining, a company that owns, operates, explores for and develops silver and gold properties.

On July 31, 2017, Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd. closed on its acquisition of a portfolio of three royalties and one stream from Coeur Mining, Inc. In conjunction, Metalla issued to Coeur Mining a total of 14,546,597 common shares and an unsecured debenture in the principal amount of USD$6.7-million.

Coeur Mining owns, operates, explores for and develops silver and gold properties.

Metalla is a precious metals royalty and streaming company.
