Gowling WLG advises Platinum Group Metals on US$33-million public offering

On May 26, 2016, Platinum Group Metals Ltd. closed a public offering of common shares, issuing 11,000,000 common shares at a price of US$3.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of US$33,000,000.

BMO Capital Markets, RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. acted as the underwriters on a bought deal basis.

Platinum Group’s business is currently focused on the operation of the Project 1 "Maseve" platinum mine and the exploration and pre-feasibility engineering on the newly discovered Waterberg platinum deposit.
