SPP Canada Aircraft acquires Tecnickrome Aeronautique

On June 5, 2015, SPP Canada Aircraft, Inc. (“SPPCA”), a global leader in the design, development, manufacture and support of aircraft landing gear systems, announced that it had completed its acquisition of Tecnickrome Aeronautique, Inc., a Quebec-based company in the aerospace industry.

SPPCA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Precision Products. Headquartered in Mississauga, SPPCA designs, produces new and innovative solutions as well as supports landing gear systems for regional and business aircraft.

We advised SPPCA in this acquisition with a team that was led by Pam Vermeersch and Martine Guimond and that included Gary Graham, Michael Garellek and Karen Aguilar (corporate), Mira Gauvin (environmental), Julie Desrochers (real estate) and Patrick Glaude (employment).
