Sunil Joneja rejoins Gowling WLG as lending & debt financing partner in Calgary

Gowling WLG is pleased to announce that lawyer Sunil Joneja has rejoined the firm as a lending and debt financing partner in Calgary.

Called to the Bar in Alberta, and previously in British Columbia and England & Wales, Joneja rejoins Gowling WLG after several years at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP. With in-depth banking and finance experience, he represents lenders and borrowers in a broad range of domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financing transactions involving a broad range of industries. This includes asset-based finance, project finance, acquisition finance, real estate and construction finance, auto finance and convertible debt. He also advises corporate clients on a wide range of derivative transactions including OTC, commodity, interest rate and foreign exchange hedging transactions.
