Here's the perfect way

We're grateful for your interest in our firm. Perhaps you'd like to get to know us better? If so, one of our vacation schemes is the perfect way to introduce yourself and find out more about our work.

What you do

You get involved in real work and interact with our clients. But we don't throw you in at the deep end. We support all our people, including you.

From the start, one of our trainees will help you settle in and find your way around. One of our qualified lawyers becomes your mentor. They will give you honest yet constructive feedback on your how you're doing.

When and where

The vacation schemes take place in the Spring and the Summer in both our Birmingham and London office.

Dates for the 2023 vacation schemes are:

Spring

Birmingham: Week commencing 27 March 2023 for one week (with the training contract assessment day on Tuesday 4 April)

London: Week commencing 17 April 2023 for one week (with the training contract assessment day on Tuesday 25 April)

Summer

London: Week commencing 26 June 2023 for two weeks (with the training contract assessment day on Thursday 6 July)

Birmingham: Week commencing 3 July 2022 for two weeks (with the training contract assessment day on Thursday 13 July)

We are recruiting for our 2025 training contracts via our vacation scheme only, for both locations.

And why

On a vacation scheme, you meet some of the people who made us the outstanding international law firm we are, and who still make us tick. And there's time for socialising with other people too. For instance, you get to chat to our trainees and quiz them on life and work with us.

All in all, it's a great chance to see if we're right for each other.
