Seminar

In June, the government's Brexit bill passed through after Peers accepted the amendment to the EU (Withdrawal) Bill. With Brexit now on the horizon, employers will need to understand how it will affect them and their non-UK workers.

This event will be hosted by our employment experts and will cover Brexit and Immigration in Canada, giving you access to specialist industry speakers.

Brexit and employment

Topics that will be discussed include clarifying who has European Free Movement; how to exercise Treaty Rights in the UK; the application processes of EEA documentation; and how you qualify for British citizenship. You will also have the opportunity to ask our experts your questions on how to manage Brexit in your business.

Immigration in Canada

In the second session, we will discuss all aspects of Canadian business immigration and assisting companies on how to do business in Canada. Here, we will be explaining everything you need to know about work permits, how to transition employees to permanent residency and the Global Skills Strategy.
