It looks set to be another uncertain start to the year with the pandemic still present, but employers still need to plan as best they can and our next series of live webinars are designed to help you with that planning. Update on developments in trade union rights

This webinar will update you on important recent cases affecting trade union rights. Hailed as "Forever banning negotiation outside the collective bargain", the Supreme Court's decision in Kostal seems to give employers little room for manoeuvre – but is it as bad as it seems? Does the broad view of "trade union activity" in the RyanAir blacklisting case indicate a new and more protective approach from the Courts or are these cases narrow and fact specific with little impact on your businesses?
 

During the sessions, the speakers will provide useful information and practical tips on their respective topics, and will answer as many questions as possible in the time available.
