Social Value in Procurement - ThinkHouse Masterclass

Following our highly successful ThinkHouse Public Sector seminars on the public procurement regime, we've decided to run a series of quarterly masterclasses on legal topics which throw up some of the most frequent questions for people involved with public procurement processes – whether on the authority side, or as bidders.

For our first masterclass we have selected social value as our main topic. How exactly should social value be promoted through public procurement? How should it be evaluated? Should it feature in every procurement process? Are there traps for the unwary to sleepwalk into?

We will also report on the current status of the proposed reforms to public procurement law in the UK, and do so in each of the masterclass webinars to keep you updated as it progresses.

Each of our masterclasses is free to attend, takes place via Zoom, and lasts 45 minutes. Attendees can raise questions which we'll answer live if there's time; if not, we'll circulate our responses shortly afterwards.

Please RSVP to secure your place on this webinar.

This webinar is delivered as part of our ThinkHouse programme, developed specifically for senior in-house. counsel.
