Candente Copper raises $750,000 in non-brokered private placement

On April 7, 2015, Candente Copper Corp. (TSX: DNT) (OTC PINK: CCOXF) (LMA: DNT) announced the completion of its previously announced non-brokered private placement. The private placement was oversubscribed and the company raised $750,000 including $500,000 in the first tranche and $250,000 in the second tranche.

Candente Copper issued a total of 8,333,330 units at a price of $0.09 per unit with each unit comprised of one common share of the company and one-half of a share purchase warrant.

Candente Copper is a mineral exploration company engaged in acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The company is currently focused on its 100% owned Cañariaco project in Peru.
