On September 25, 2015, Guelph Hydro Inc. successfully closed a $30 million private placement bond issue with RBC Capital Markets acting as the exclusive agent.

Gowlings advised RBC Capital Markets in this financing with a team that included Paul Harricks, Bryce Kraeker, Radhika Vaidyanathan and Daniel Wright.
