Northern Aspect Resources closes qualifying transaction with Blockchain Tech Ltd.

On November 4, 2015, BTL Group Ltd. (formerly Northern Aspect Resources Ltd.) ("BTL"), announced that it had closed its previously announced qualifying transaction with Blockchain Tech Ltd. ("Blockchain").

Following completion of the transaction, Blockchain became a wholly-owned subsidiary of BTL, BTL met the listing requirements for a "Tier 2" technology issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange and BTL continued the business of Blockchain. Trading in the common shares of BTL subsequently began on the TSXV under the symbol "BTL".

BTL is a technology company whose current business is focused on developing blockchain technologies to disrupt and transform existing industries. Technology is developed in-house and through BTL's incubator and accelerator programs, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. BTL's first technology platform is a remittance business called Interbit with a focus on leveraging blockchain technology to create rapid and cost effective "cash-in cash-out" settlement solutions between the United Kingdom and target countries.

The firm advised BTL in this transaction with a team led by Gordon Chmilar and including Alisha Virk and Maral Dolatabadi.
