Campus Labs completes cross-border acquisition of Chalk & Wire

On May 17, 2018, Campus Labs, Inc., a subsidiary of Edcentric, Inc. and a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, LLC, announced that it had completed its cross-border acquisition of Chalk & Wire Learning Assessment, Inc. ("Chalk & Wire").

Chalk & Wire, based in Ridgeway, Ontario, is a provider of learning assessment and credentialing software used by higher education institutions to assess and measure student learning.
