Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation closes $25 million bought deal financing

On June 21, 2018, Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX: FC) announced that it had closed its previously announced bought deal offering of $25,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.40% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures of the Corporation due June 30, 2025. 

The Corporation, through its mortgage banker, Firm Capital Corporation, is a non-bank lender providing residential and commercial short-term bridge and conventional real estate financing, including construction, mezzanine and equity investments.

The offering was underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters that was co-led by TD Securities Inc., CIBC Capital Markets and Scotiabank.
