Delta Plus Group completes cross-border acquisition of Degil Safety and Ontario Glove

On November 5, 2018, Delta Plus Group announced its cross-border acquisition of 100% of the shares of Degil Safety Products (1989) Inc. and Ontario Glove and Safety Inc.

Degil Safety and Ontario Glove design, manufacture and market a full line of personal protective equipment and are based in Ontario.

Delta Plus Group, headquartered in France, develops, manufactures and distributes personal protective equipment worldwide.

Gowling WLG was counsel to Delta Plus Group in this acquisition with a team that was led by Tom Hunter and that included Aubrey Lasky and Adam Carlin.
