Mundi Group acquires Mount Forest seniors residence

Effective November 1, 2018, the Mundi Group of Companies (the "Mundi Group") acquired Birmingham Retirement Community ("Birmingham Lodge"), a seniors residence in Mount Forest, Ontario.
The Mundi Group, based in Mississauga, is a real estate developer with a focus on the retirement residences sector.
