Namaste closes $51.75 million bought deal financing

On Oct. 25, 2018, international cannabis eCommerce company Namaste Technologies Inc. (TSXV: N) (FRANKFURT: M5BQ) (OTCMKTS: NXTTF) closed its previously announced bought deal short form prospectus offering of units.

A total of 17,250,000 units of Namaste were sold for gross proceeds of $51.75 million including proceeds from the exercise in full of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters. The syndicate of underwriters was led by Eight Capital and Canaccord Genuity Corp. as co-lead underwriters and joint bookrunners, and included Laurentian Bank Securities Inc.
