Silversmith Capital Partners leads significant growth equity investment in Validity

On May 1, 2018, Validity announced that it had secured a significant investment led by Silversmith Capital Partners and, with this investment, completed the acquisition of CRMfusion based in Keswick, Ontario.

Validity is a global leader in data quality and compliance. CRMfusion is a market leading provider of data quality software for Salesforce.com customers.

Silversmith Capital Partners is a Boston-based growth equity firm with $1.1 billion of capital under management.

Silversmith's mission is to partner with and support the best entrepreneurs in growing, profitable technology and healthcare companies. The firm seeks to invest $15 million to $75 million per company.
