On May 22, 2019, Azoto Energy Services Ltd. announced that it had completed a significant acquisition of 52 pieces of high-quality heavy rolling high rate fired and low rate non-fired nitrogen pumps, storage, transports and tube trailers.

Azoto is headquartered in Calgary and Niksu, Alberta and operates in Western Canada. It is a focused nitrogen pumping company in the Plant and Pipeline Services industry with a focus on Oil and Gas and chemical plant and pipeline turnaround, commissioning, and maintenance services.
