On Dec. 3, 2019, North American private equity firm Newlook Capital Inc. ("Newlook") announced that its main dental acquisition vehicle and management company, Dentalook Management Co., had completed the purchase of 102092285 Saskatchewan Ltd., a dental clinic in the Province of Saskatchewan.
